It is a very common problem that we have to deal with in ourday to day practice. It may be from caries, periodontitis, due to looseness of teeth or whatever may be the reason.Practically most of the time it is very difficult to getproper prescribing symptom, and hence relieve of pain isuncertain. Theoretically we can mention many remedies whichmay not be helpful in practical field. As per my clinical experience; -Plantago is very good medicine for acute toothache. It'smother tincture can be applied locally for acute management. - In dental caries Kreosote has good result. - In periodontitis, pyrrodentitis Myrrha, Merc corr haveexcellent results. - In Wistom tooth neuralgia, Chamomilla, Calcaria flour andCherianthus have shown remarkable recovery. - In recurrent tarter deposits, Calculi renalis has shownexcellent results. Rest as per by individualization of the case. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
